We are just a stone's throw away from Corpus Christi (20 minutes) in Portland, Texas.
This venue is a historic South Texas dancehall and bar. The Lone Star is a 5,924-square-foot state-of-the-art entertainment venue that offers a variety of entertaining options! The interior boasts ... This creates a blend of old-world charm and modern appeal.
Our facility is inviting as soon as you walk in, with our large open-concept dance floor and built-in stage. We also accommodate any of your multi-media needs with our 42” plasma TV monitors to enhance their experience, viewable from any direction.

The gaming area, complete with billiards and more, as well as food service and catering, makes this the perfect setting for special events and private parties. From corporate parties to wedding receptions and birthday parties, we do it all! Ask about hosting your event today!
The entire facility is available for private events on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays (all day long) and Wednesday-Saturday table rentals on most days when we are open to the public for normal business at 7 pm.
Events bookings on Wednesday - Saturday are at a premium.
This venue has hosted events with up to 500 guests.
The minimum event requirements include a 4-hour event and a 1-hour setup.
The price includes exclusive use of the facility, multi-media equipment, and basic staffing (DJ, barbacks, bussers, security, and cleaning).​​ Venue cleaning is included, and a proposal will be provided to break down the line items, including venue rental, equipment, catering, and all taxes and additional fees.
