POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Retainer Policy:

1.) The Booking Retainer is 50% at the contract signing.

2.) If your contract runs (6) six months or more, we charge (4) four payments of 50% of the total contract;

3.) If your contract runs for (6) six months or less, we charge (3) three payments of 50% of the total contract.

4.) If your contract runs for less than 30 days, we require FULL payment of the total at contract signing.

All prices expire 7 days from the issuance of a Quote unless accepted.

Pricing now includes sales tax required in the State of Texas.

All Services and equipment rentals are agreed upon in advance of your event in writing. All Equipment is inspected upon arrival for use, cleaned, and sanitized before and after each use. All equipment is verified upon arrival at the event location again upon departure, and once more upon return.

 


Limited Return and Refund Policy:
Planning Services are non-refundable and non-transferable. We opt to only give Store "Vouchers"( aka...credit), available for one year from the signing of the contract.

EVENT RENTALS (Other Venues): CLEARING v CLEANING SERVICES:

Lone Star Events is NOT responsible for the following:

 

  • We do not remove trash from other venue​s

  • Clearing any dinner table of glassware, dinnerware, or flatware, should we be required to perform this service (clearing of dinner tables), Lone Star Events will charge an excessive cleaning fee to the client of $700. It is the responsibility of the client to provide this service unless otherwise hired to do so.

  • We are not responsible for clearing the bar of any items, including removing alcohol, due to TABC laws.

Lone Star Events is responsible for the following:

 

  • Clearing and boxing all decor, equipment, and linens our company supplies.

  • When booked to decorate, Any personal decor items supplied by the client are unpacked, placed, packed, and ready for removal at the venue at the designated time. However, Lone Star Events does not provide any load-in or load-out service for those items.

*Required* in most cases, Decorating needs at least 4 hours; speak to your consultant when booking on the time frame required.

All Invoicing has a Limited Time Offer.

We guarantee our Quoted prices for (7) seven days from the proposal submission date.

Thursdays - Fridays: 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 pm 

Saturdays: by Appointment Only

Sundays: Closed.

 

(Spring/Fall Hours):

Mondays: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm

Tuesdays: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Wednesdays - Thursdays: 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. or by Appointment.

Fridays: 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Saturdays: By Appointment ONLY

Sundays: Closed

Vendor Options:

We work with numerous vendors/ partners in our industry. We can suggest some. However, our contract does not include their services; instead, they are booked by the client.
