On-Site Logistics

Event coordinators, also known as event specialists, are responsible for every aspect of the event day production. The primary duties include Point-of Contact on the day of the event, overseeing the Event day Timeline and vendor event services, monitoring client design approval, and managing event clearing. No decorating involved.

Wedding & Event Designer

The Wedding and Event Designer is basically in charge of an event's visuals. Utilizing flowers, decorations, dinner service and presentation, lighting, entertainment, and other visual elements, the designer brings the client's dream to life with a creative eye for design and details.

Hiring a full-service planner is a must-have investment for the busy professional or full-time student. Just like you would hire an architect and general contractor to design and build a new house, hiring a professional planner is wise to design, plan, and coordinate your event. Your professional planner will be your go-to person for everything event-related. From choosing the venue, creating a personalized style, managing the budget, hiring the best event professionals, selecting the invitations, creating detailed schedules, and managing all the logistics on the event day, your planner will be with you every step of the way. You still get to participate as much as you want and make all the final decisions, but you won’t have the stress of planning and managing all the details.


As a client of Unique Event Designs, you will have access to our online planning portal with checklists, your detailed budget, copies of your vendor contracts, meeting notes, photos from any mock-ups, and other tools to help you throughout the planning process.

Event Day Management Service

When booking our event day management service, our event clients do all the planning independently. We are a resource for them to ask questions throughout the planning process, and If they need assistance in finding certain vendors, we can supply a list of our recommended vendors; not only does it save you time, it makes your job easier, as these are professionals who are reliable and do good work.


We start our Event Day Management services 30 or 60 days before the event.


That is when the planner does the following:

  • Gather all of the details that the  client(s) has planned

  • Assistance in creating the event day timeline

  • Confirm final details with the event professionals whom the client has booked.

  • We review all of the setup details for your event decor.

  • Coordinate the event day events

  • On-site troubleshooting and problem-solving.

  • For weddings: Attend the ceremony rehearsal, usually the day before.

This service includes:

  • Up to 3 planning meetings

  • Up to 2 on-site venue(s) meetings

  • Unlimited phone/email during business hours.

  • Your cloud-based event profile is accessible from any device with Internet access to keep everything organized.

  • Event-day coordinator coverage

  • Check-in/ Check-out of rentals and ensure your decorator has proper setup and repackaging for pickup if needed.


This will allow you to step back from the planning and focus on the things that matter! All you have to do is relax and enjoy each moment as your event unfolds.

Coaching & DIY Program

Not every event needs a full service or even a day of service.

For some, having access to an experienced professional is all the support they need.

We are proud to offer a unique set of services for these situations!

Consultant services are $75 per hour. You can always pay for your coaching time one hour at a time.

Most coaching candidates know they will need more than just an hour. When purchased in 5-hour blocks, you can receive a better value on those hours. However, if you need it, spread out over several months or on a special marathon day, you decide what's right for you. Coaching time is not on-site services. Instead, look at our Event Management package if you need help at the event. Contact us if you need help determining which service is right for you.

Our goal is to create an event that best fits your unique style and needs while meeting and exceeding your expectations. Our eye-catching approach ensures that we deliver an extraordinary and seamless event that you and your guests will remember for a lifetime

General Event Information


Relevant Packages: All packages are tailored and customized for each customer's needs. Pricing is dependent on the event scope, desired outcome, location(s), venue amenities, and guest count. Rush fees may be applied for events that have less than six (6) months of planning to go. Additional costs may be necessary for events that are in need of graphic design work, event marketing strategies, and marketing and/or social media management. Planning timelines will vary per project and event. However, less planning time does not mean that there is less to do for your event. It only means there is less time to do it all for your event. We customize a planning timeline, based on your event lead time and your desired outcomes for your event. We always recommend working with your event planner or coordinator sooner than later. This will allow for proper planning time which will bring better quality to your event, eliminate any rush fees, allow for proper marketing, and most importantly eliminate unneeded stress!


Keeping in mind that fundraising or revenue-generating profits can vary, We are compensated based on what your organization raises.
