A: A prospective Client usually makes the first contact, via a request for a quote, usually by filling out a request form, sending an email, making a telephone call, instant messaging, or even sending a text.
Then, we set up a meeting on Zoom.
We interview each other for the partnership we are about to undertake. Then, at the end of that meeting, we confirm if we are interested in working with each other. If we agree to work with each other, an agreement (Includes: Service Contract & Non-Refundable Deposit) is necessary before any work can be performed. We make a preliminary schedule for any face-to-face meetings, and/or other forms of communication via email, Connecting via Zoom, or making telephone calls.
Then, we create the schedule of details, timelines, creative partner selections, payment arrangements, etc., through our automated system available to each client 24/7 from any device with internet access using our Booking System.
